secure YouTube videos how obtain download?

Hi,

I am looking out for some feedback for my questions.. Pls help.

YouTube now provides videos for rent and they secure their streams.
How r their streams secured?
Is it possible to obtain this stream?

If so what tool can b used to obtain the stream?
Is their method secure or r they any weakness??
