The website shows a single row to select for downloading. But when using it in the trial, it lists a dozen rows - you can't tell which one is the right one for the Hulu video that is playing.
They also do not let you test a Hulu video during the trial. You get a message that the file is larger than allowed during the trial.
And they do not respond to emails abut the above two problems.

1.Please download and install latest version to check your problem again.
2.You can select different bitrate (HD 1000K,600K,400K...)videos to download from your dozen rows.
3.You can download 10M or 50% of your hulu video during the trial. (Cracked version doesn't work).
