You can remove DRM protection from Mobipocket ebooks. Then you can convert DRM-free Mobipocket ebooks to other formats using freeware Calibre.

You can convert Mobipocket eBooks to ePub format, add them to iTunes (Windows / Mac OS) and sync with your iPad, iPod.
