RTMPexplorer allows to download RTMPE streams, check post#7 in the PlayMe-thread:

There i have posted a screenshot with rtmpexplorer in action with rtmpe. PLAYME definitely uses rtmpe technology and in the past,
StreamTransport was able to download them. Not anymore. But
GetFLV and rtmpexplorer can download PLAYME streams.
