stream/view media from NAS on any TV in the house

Hi there, as a relative newbie I have been tying with various ways to implement a home setup that will incorporate the following.

Central area to store video/music/pics etc
Be able to stream/view this media from any tv in the house

I have got this far, Linksys router in my office downstairs, hooked up to this is a 1TB Iomega NAS, my desktop PC running Win 7 lives here to.

In my living room i have a old Shuttle running XP which is wirelessly conntected to my network, on this PC i run XBMC which picks up all the media on the NAS and streams it ok via HDMI to my Samsung 40" LED.

I now have a 40" LED in my bedroom and want to be able to access the NAS and stream my video to this TV, i cannot hardwire anything to the NAS or Router so, need something that will access the media and play it on this TV.

My problem is that i have been reading so much into this i have basically got myself totally lost in the best/cheapest way to do this. I would really appreciate some ideas on this.
