I’m using Calibre 7.56 and trying to get this converted to an EPUB to put on my Nook. (Seth Godin as great as he is has hitched his wagon to Amazon for publishing so your stuck with Kindle files – not good if you’re a Nook owner).
I’m using the K4PC plug-in version 2.8 from Alf’s site. I don’t know the PID for the book so I can’t enter that into the “customize plugin” which is why (i suspect) that it isn’t decrypting the book.

I tried
Calibre 7.52 with
K4PC plug-in version 2.7 and it worked just fine for me (I don't have a
Nook, but I was able to convert to epub without any problem).
You don't need to customize the
Calibre plugin if you add books from
K4PC. You need to customize it only if you add your books from a
Kindle.
