Command line utility mencoder can convert .rm files to .mp3 . To convert to .mp3 using Lame mp3 codec use:

Codec DLLs it needs you can get from the RealPlayer directory or from
www.mplayerhq.hu download page (see essential codec pack)
If you don't like command line, get the front-end from mewig.sf.net
