Just to let you know I did contact them via e-mail and they did reply. It took time as the reply was from China. They did give me a little info on the switch setting as well as asked about which lenses were on them. The cameras will accept two types of lenses and the (I think) motorized lens was the other. I am going to try to look into the motorized lenses to see it this type of lens could be focused remotely?? I find that the lenes I have need to be focused manually which in my case is not an easy task. I made about a couple hundred trips up and down a ladder trying to get the focus right and run in to look at the monitor. (Not very easy to do by yourself!)
Anyway, the DC switch is for the lenses I have and the Vedio position is for lenses I do not have.
