I have checked that site. downloading from the site is easy but you need valid license to play the DRM protected wmv files. this site uses simple http streaming but stream url's are little obfuscated.
for the following url:
Code:
http://cycle.edgestream.com/abs-cbn%2Fkristine-pl/es-111508-MBR.asx
direct video links are
Code:
http://ss31.edgestream.com/abs-cbn/kristine-pl/es-111508_0_of_4.wmv
http://ss31.edgestream.com/abs-cbn/kristine-pl/es-111508_1_of_4.wmv
http://ss31.edgestream.com/abs-cbn/kristine-pl/es-111508_2_of_4.wmv
http://ss31.edgestream.com/abs-cbn/kristine-pl/es-111508_3_of_4.wmv
After downloading when you try to play these files in Windows Media Player it will ask for the license like normal DRM protected files. if you have a valid license you can play it or try to unDRM it.
when you go to show info page it also gives you an option to download the file in .wmd format which is just a zip archive and contains protected wmv file and an asx file. this version is low quality version (791 kbps) and file downloaded from above direct url's is high quality (1233 kbps) version. But in both cases you need to buy valid license to play or unDRM it.
