You have to select the correct link to download. And like I've mentioned elsewhere in other threads, the percentage indicator in getflv's download list will be off - it will show somewhere between 50%-75% and then just stop, but the full file has actually downloaded.
With a capable player, the subtitles will also work. It does take some work to get a player/codecs installed that fully support the newest flv container. If the player you use has the audio/video out of sync, or shows a shorter total time length for the file - this is probably not a problem with the file, but with the player.

Well i already have the newest flash player from adobe but it still keeps complaining it doesn't work with older players and even after installing the newest
GetFLV its still not seeing any of the URL's on crunchyroll
