r7c is a free Real Audio/Real Video stream ripper that can capture to directly WAV. r7c is not software I like. The developer stopped supporting it long ago, so I suggest you to use one of the first two options.

Yet again you may burn WAV files to Audio CD using your favorite CD burning software.
