I can't comment on their HTC IR-207 cameras as they evadently have replaced my model cameras. From what I have been through up to this moment, documentation on many of the less expensive cameras is either little to none if you purchase them from many of the on-line suppliers. At least, this is my experiences thus far. Hopefully, this might be of some help in your purchases?

I am speaking about "wired" cameras above. Most Wireless are also fair weather units I checked out as well. I do not know about the high end units.
