Update: Replay Media Catcher -4.0.17

- Ensure comment tags are not overridden

- Ensure smooth streaming detection even when manifest has been cached by the browser
- Write license code to HKLM and if no permission to do that then HKCU.

- Fixed bug when "display final size" is on and a file that has already been downloaded is converted.
- Fixed bug where file was not available when it didnt need to be converted because it was already in that format.
