It should stop recording as soon as you leave the session.
Replay Media Catcher 4 in the RTMP recording mode and
CooJah without Blader can also capture RTMP streams. Both are usually much more reliable than
FLV Recorder.
If you use Linux, you can try to capture rtmp streams with rtmpsuck.
