It's encrypted with "Fopen" third party encryptor...
opening the pdf in text editor i can see some clear rows:
223 0 obj<</Filter/FOPN_fLock/V 1>> (means version 1 of FOPN_fLock)

<</Size 302/Prev 659571/Root 224 0 R/Encrypt 223 0 R/Info 221 0 R/ID[<CE8CF98FBB6D4D4687582CB9142272F5><13E5010C8882954 6BFF7F1C7D36BBC4B>]>> (Proof of encryption)

here's the scenario:
i have 1 cd with pdf files, which can't be printed, but it can be viewed...
on the cd i have the follow folders:
Adobe (inside it's adobe reader 7.0 ready to run, no installation needed)
Docs (inside some folders containing pdf files with print protect)
FileOpen (inside 2 txt documents and update.exe)
Autorun.exe
Autorun.inf
Folaunch.exe
fOpen32.api

if you run the autorun.exe the pdf menu will appear and let you navigate to the specific pdf file, and view it, but no print permission.
if you try to go to folder "Docs" and run any pdf directly you will get the error " The FileOpen Manager service is not running" , then it opens internet explorer and open the following url " http://www.fileopen.com/getplugin.asp?type=Filter&name=FOPN_fLock" which is no longer available...

if you go to "Adobe" folder from CD, and run "AcroRd32.exe" it will open the Acrobat Reader software. By clicking on "File" then "open" and navigate to any of the folders containing the protected pdf's, you can open any pdf you want, but again you don't have the permission to print....

I have tried all pdf unlockers on google, but without any success...
then i came across the ineptpdf and ineptkey but first one asks for password or drm file, and second one says :"Error Adobe Digital Edition not activated". I have tried the ineptkey even with the pdf file opened in adobe reader.

I will post a few links to the files i have, maybe someone can figure it out...

Thanks guys!
Install Adobe Digital Editions and open your PDF files with it.
