The URL does not have a valid file extension on it and as its content-type is incorrect it is being ignored. I've tried many programs and all of them failed except for
Replay Media Catcher 3.11. The Web Stream Dumper of RMC 3.11 allows to save HTTP streams only, so this is definitely an HTTP stream.
Such streams will probably be supported in the future versions of
Replay Media Catcher 4 (
Jaksta).
