I have been trying to download the video from this page.

First Firefox plug-ins like
DownloadHelper doesn't work. From other posts, it seems like BBC is using rtmp. I searched the loaded web page resources and nothing is found. So I fired up wireshark and capture the loading of the page, then using the display filter "rtmp || rtmpt". I found most of the info I need but it never captured the polypath info and so I couldn't use rtmpdump.
Another weird thing is that I repeated the wireshark capture a few times but I don't always get the same rtmp info's.
Is something wrong with my wireshark that the capture is flaky, or is this normal? Moreover, are there easier ways to capture videos from the BBC web site? Thanks!
