Upgrade to Replay Video Capture 5, it has a built-in scheduler:

Replay Video Capture scheduler allows you to schedule one or more screen capture recordings. The scheduler can memorize web site links, screen coordinates, start/end times as well as different recording patterns like daily, weekly, day(s) of week. The scheduled recordings are saved in the file schedule.log located in Replay Video Capture installation folder.

Opening the Replay Video Capture scheduler
Open Replay Video Capture Settings and click Scheduler then click Open Now. When the scheduler opens the file name and the screen coordinates are shown on the scheduler main screen. Files with the same names are not overwritten. The prefix [1],[2]…will be appended to the filename.

If there are recordings already scheduled when the Scheduler opens but none of them is within the recording time frame (start time > current time < end time) the scheduler enters the waiting state waiting for a scheduled recording to trigger. If one of the scheduled recording is in this range the scheduler enters the counting mode counting the time to finish recording. In this case, Replay Video Capture begins recording until the end time is reached.

Enabling / Disabling the Replay Video Capture scheduler
The scheduler can be enabled/disabled from Replay Video Capture Settings. Click Scheduler then check or uncheck the item Open when Replay Video Capture starts. When this item is checked Replay Video Capture will automatically start/stop recording at the scheduled times. Otherwise Replay Video Capture will not record any scheduled events unless you manually open the Scheduler.

Scheduling Replay Video Capture recordings
Multiple recordings can be scheduled however the recordings cannot run simultaneously.

To schedule a recording, open the scheduler. If the scheduler is in the waiting mode click Disable.

If you want to record from a web site and have Replay Video Capture open the web site

1. Enter the recording start time and duration under Start Time and Duration
2. Type a file name under File Name
3. Copy the web site URL from the browser address bar and paste it in the URL box. A File Path can also be used to start a program from your computer (for example Windows Media Player).
4. Click Browse and select the name of the program that opens the web site. This name will appear in the Program Name box. If this box is empty the default browser is used.
5. Copy the screen coordinates from Replay Video Capture main screen and paste into the Windows Position box.
6. Click Save Schedule.

Note: The saved screen coordinates are the coordinates of the recording window, not the entire browser window. It is important that you don’t change the browser position and size.

If you don’t need to automatically open a web site, the URL and the Program Name don’t need to be specified. In this case the web browser, Replay Video Capture and the Scheduler should be opened. Replay Video Capture will start recording the marked window in your browser at the scheduled time.

Changing/Deleting schedules
Click View. In the dialog window that opens right click a scheduled recording name and select Change or Delete from the pop-up menu.
