Hi,
I have
Soundtaxi and was having the same problem. I found that Adobe Acrobat was causing the revocation and renewal popup when I tried to convert a lot of files at one time. In Windows 7, I typed in msconfig (Start-->Search Programs and Files box) , then went to the startup tab. I selected "Disable All" (then "Apply" and "Okay") then restarted my computer. When it restarted I tried converting about 20 files. It worked. I then went back to msconfig (Startup Tab), hit the "Startup Item" tab to alphabetize the list and selected the first item on the list. (then "Apply" and "Okay") I restarted my computer, opened SoundTaxi and tried to convert another 20 files. I repeated this until I got the R&R popup. Once you discover the program that's causing the issue, you can simply go back to msconfig and uncheck the item. If you have to use the program that's causing the problem, you can find it in all programs. But, once you use it, you'll have to make sure it isn't back in the Startup programs list again.
This method may seem time consuming, but so is restarting your computer every 6 to 10 songs you try to convert.
