I use Kindle and Kindle DX. Their screens are much better than my Sony Reader PRS-700 had. And there are much more features that I like about Kindles.

The major drawbacks of Kindle for me are the following:
1. lack of touch screen (it makes using built-in dictionary very inconvenient especially on Kinlde DX)
2. keyboard with English letters only
