Using Sigil--Finding Return Characters

Can Sigil search for return characters in the middle of a sentence (rather than just all returns or returns at the end of paragraphs)? I mean is there a special feature for this?

I'm asking because I use PDF Converter to convert my PDFs into Word Documents. But it always places a return at the end of each page regardless of whether it is in the middle of the sentence or not.

If i were to convert a book like that, I'd have numerous sentences split in half in my ebook particularly if the PDF has hundreds of page. I don't want to manually find each and every instance.

The alternative, i guess, would be to look for returns after each and every alphabet which is still a lot of work.

Thanks!
