A couple of amusing glitches -

Episode 3 and 4 of Roary the Racing Car both play an episode called "Tall Story Roary", despite neither one of them being named such.

I know it is a comedy, but the mis-matched captions are a laugh.
Not just out of synch, but from a different show?
