You need to let Applian know that you have a problem. You can do it by submitting a support ticket or by asking a question in the
RMC forum.
You can see that RMC is updated frequently:
http://www.applian.com/blog/updates/
So if it is not a secure stream that Applian can't support in its products, there are good chances that there will be a fix.
