Tools -> Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks -> Always record RTMP streams instead of downloading.

Replay Media Catcher can download/capture multiple streams simultaneously. But some web-sites do not allow you to watch/download several streams at the same time.

rtmpdump can download RTMPE streams. To find correct parameters you may use rtmpsrv and rtmpsuck (Linux is recommended).
