record audio that is playing on my computer regardless of source(i.e.Youtube,dvd,...)

what proggie can i use to record audio that is playing on my computer regardless of source (i.e. Youtube, dvd, Google video~OGG, Audio cd etc)?

I'd like to save it as mp3
