I have a HD satellite stb running linux enigma2.
I want to do a demo of the menu system, HD pic, channel changes etc.
The box has both component and HDMI out. I was hoping I could use a software solution. I can find plenty of ways to record the stream using only software, but nothing that will capture the onscreen menus.
There is another thread here detailing how to capture from a PS3 using a
Hauppage HD PVR. I think that should work, but it's an expensive solution for a one off demo.
Would there be any solutions available to do what I want?
