I gave it a try (Version 11.3) but it still downloads just the first clip (i.e the AD) and stops.
I tested several other programs but nearly all of them failed.

Make sure you use
WM Recorder in the PRO AUTO recording mode when you record live Windows Media Player playlist.
HiDownload works fine with them and
NetTransport shouldn't have problems with them as well.
