It seems WM Recorder still has some problems in downloading Dynamic Windows Media playlists. Specially medias from IranSima.ir
I gave it a try (Version 11.3) but it still downloads just the first clip (i.e the AD) and stops.
I tested several other programs but nearly all of them failed.
I tested HiDownload and it works like a charm!
It downloads both parts separately (into separate files.)

They can not be played with WMP, or MPC (Media Player Classic). But VLC plays them perfectly. Just you need to choose the 4th audio track to be able to listen to the audio of the program.
