Streaming video download/capture/rip/save applications for iPad, iPhone, iPod

I'm looking for streaming video download/capture/rip/save applications for Apple iPad, iPhone , iPod Touch. Are there any such applications for iPhone OS (iOS)?

I'm particularly interested in software that allows to download/capture/rip/save HTTP and RTMP flash video streams and convert them to .MP4 files compatible with my iPad and iPod.
