• Go to Windows -> Preferences and double-click Aptana to expand it.
• Select Editors in the left side pane, then select the Advanced tab on the right.
• Tick the "Enable word wrap (requires editor restart)" checkbox
• Hit the Apply button. Hit the OK button.

Although restart was suggested, word wrap became enabled for me without restarting Aptana Studio.
