Diamond VC500 is not recording video, I have plugged it into my xbox 360 and TV directly, at different times and it does not record from either of them. All of the cables are plugged in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers but it does not work. I am running windows 7 ultimate. I receive a black screen and I can record sound from my xbox 360 but nothing else. When I try to play back the movies I have recorded windows 7 tells me that ez grabber has stopped working. I have tried to install ez grabber software to see if it fixes it but I cannot find a website to download ez grabber software from. PLEASE HELP im trying to make a montage :S
