Replay Media Catcher 4 (Jaksta) doesn't support RTMPE downloads (unless a playlist can be found):
As of January 28, 2009, any newly installed copy of Replay Media Catcher does not support Adobe Secure RTMPE Measures.
Try to use
RTMPE recorders which Adobe can't take off the market.
