Well, I'd been curious about why that specific "QuickTime" RTSP stream couldn't be downloaded, and after some tests, I can tell you for sure that "any" streams downloaders will do it, because one simple reason:
RTSP/1.0 404 Not Found
That means, such video is not there, so there is nothing allowing to be downloaded.
