As the above's user said, I just noted that both,
"Foxreal YouTube FLV Downloader" and "Moyea's YouTube FLV Downloader", are just a clone but with a different GUI from StreamTransport.
I assume that this is as the result from a "marketing" strategy, and they are all from the same author, because other way, this might be a stolen soft from StreamTransport.
