The Fast Video Download won’t capture these video’s. Any Idea what program to use?

Although it is a Silverlight player, it plays HTTP .wmv streams.
Replay Media Catcher 4 records them just fine. You can also use freeware
GetASFStream,
WebVideoCap,
SDPReceiver and many other stream recorders.
