IMHO the best way to go here is for each member to record a music track on its own computer and them join all the tracks using Audacity, Adobe Audition or some other software. Note that musicians may need to remove noise and do some other postprocessing.

Otherwise if you record everything online, you may have problems recording some musiacians due to network congestion or some other reason.
