Music download service with BILLBOARD TOP 100 SONGS 1955-1975

I'm interested in oldies from 1955 to 1975 that appeared on the "BILLBOARD TOP 100 SONGS" Would like to download and save to a hard drive for copying to cd-audio. Advise if my needs are satisfied by Napster music service or any other music download and subscription services
