Go to the Settings -> RTMP Download Tweaks and check "Always record RTMP instead of downloading". Then Replay Media Catcher 4 captures live RTMP streams from mail.ru just fine.

However it created lots of small files for me. I'm not sure whether this is due to my connection problems or this is some kind of protection used by mail.ru.
