I'm not sure whether they use Silverlight videos or not. I've tried to find manifest URLs, but not sure how to do that. An XML file that looked like a manifest forced ISM Downloader to crash.

I don't want to create an account and log in, but you should be able to do the following:
You need to get the URL of the file whose contents you pasted on your message/post in
the other thread.
That looks like the manifest, to me.
Then, you can feed that URL into ISMdownloader (use the example batch file as a model), and see what happens. Keep (copy, save to a text file) the console (screen) output, to debug any errors.
