My experience with the Australian proxies is that they can be quite slow, difficult to get a connection through to iView, and sometimes non-existent even.
But persevere and sometimes you'll find a good one.
[edit: Note that the ones that show on that web-page are usually free (the details are there), but the "Premium" ones are not free! ]
