Personally I use Replay Video Capture (WM Capture). It gives good quality and my video and audio always stay in sync.

well maybe im doing somthing wrong, but usually, when using that program, when i open the link in youtube or whatever, it automaticly starts recording. with the live streams iv tried it just doesnt ever start. or sometimes theres an ad before the live stream will start. it will record the ad, then it wont record the live stream.
