The problem is not just in finding PID. Amazon has updated firmware for Kindle recently. This has changed the way PIDs are used from one per device to a unique PID used for each and every book/user combination. Without this unique book/user specific PID, you can not run any of the DRM tools that were working before.

The workarounds is to use Kindle for PC.
