All these eReaders seems to be good. Since DRM removal tools stop working from time to time, and many large ebook shops don't sell ebooks in universal format, I recommend to buy an eReader that supports ebooks from shops you will be buying the most.

Also I recommend to pay attention to the screen size. Large screen is a must have for some types of books.
