It is an RTMPE stream. Unlike HTTP flash video streams, RTMP and RTMPE streams are not cached by browsers (neither by Opera, nor by Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer).
WM Recorder doesn't support such streams, because the developer would violate the DMCA. You need an
RTMPE recorder to record such streams. Or you can
record them from screen using
WM Capture
