Thank you kindly for your reply! As I said, I have the same performance issue using any one of three computers. But if I had to pick one to answer your question, I'd say I'm most surprised to be having trouble with the newest laptop, an HP Pavillion dv4-2155dx, i3 core processor, 2.13 GHz, 4G RAM. Everything is stock, but I had already updated flash, WMP and Silverlight before my original post. I don't think I've specifically tried disabling the TCP and adjusting MTU, but what are the odds that three seperate computers would all need that type of adjustment? On second thought, don't answer that, heh.
Are YOU able to watch adult streams at 2 and 4 Mbps??? Listen, my real question was this.... Let's pretend you and I are old buds, and I say to you, "say there S.R., I see you're able to watch adult VOD at 4 Mbps smoothly without any choppiness; do you mind if I ask 'What processor/speed is YOUR computer and what MTU settings do YOU use, what player with what settings are YOU using?', etc. etc." That's my real question, what are people using that enables them to enjoy these streams at these qualities?

I'm starting to wonder if it's really even possible. Im guessing that if I had an amazing connection speed of 50+ Mbps and a computer with 6GHz, 10G RAM that I would still be having the EXACT same problem. Why?
I will try your tcp/mtu suggestion. Thanks again, sincerely.
