Please post the URL of the web-page with this stream.

Have you tried to record this stream with other RTMPE recorders like freeware StreamTransport, CooJah + Blader?

Also I suggest you to use rtmpsuck on Linux. Install linux like free Ubuntu. You can use dual boot or you can install it onto a virtual machine like free VirtualBox.
