Jaksta, Replay Media Catcher and rtmpsuck allow you to capture RTMP packets from your flash player. Although Jaksta and Replay Media Catcher can download RTMP streams as well.

Also Freeware Orbit Grab Pro and CooJah can capture RTMP packets. Orbit Grab Pro fails, so you can try to use Coojah (without Blader).
