RMC 4 (
Jaksta)
for the third point this type of stream can de download from jaksta but only if it is made with version 1 of smooth streaming media(i don't understand why isn't still released a version of jaksta that support also the other version of silverlight)
for the fourth point is only a question of time (see for example the rtmp sniffer
rtmpdump)
