You get black (green, blue) screen when recording from Windows Media Player when Video Acceleration is turned on. Turn it off or just use
screen video capture software that can record from overlay.
Haven't tried to record videos played by Adobe Air yet. But most probably you can disable Video Acceleration and record without any problems.
