BBC iPlayer Adobe Rights Management (FMRMS) encrypted .mp4 HD videos
1. There is no solution for those videos. Downloaded videos can be played only with Adobe Air Player.

Screen capture programs cannot solve the problem because Adobe Air hides the video when you try to screen capture and all you capture will be a black screen with audio.
Note: The same screen capture problem exist with BBC iPlayer .wmv DRM videos as the videos can be played only with WMP and it hides the video when you try to screen capture.
3. BBC iPlayer videos
can be screen captured only online but there must be enough bandwith to provide smooth streaming and UK residence, of course (or UK IP).
